If you need to cancel your tour between 30 days and 72 hours before the scheduled departure, you’ll receive a 100% credit in the form of a gift voucher or discount code, valid for one year. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, no refund can be issued. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable. Likewise, no refund will be given if you miss the tour departure due to lateness.
